We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and we don’t track you.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms. When you use the contact or volunteer form, we receive the details you enter — usually your name, email, and message, and your phone number if you choose to give it.
We use this only to reply to you and, for volunteers, to arrange volunteering. We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
How forms are sent
Our forms are delivered to our inbox by a service called Web3Forms, which passes your message on to us by email. We keep messages only as long as we need them.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no advertising, and no tracking or analytics tools. We don’t know who you are unless you tell us.
Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles basic technical information such as your IP address so it can deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We don’t use this to identify anyone.
If a map appears on our Contact page, it is provided by OpenStreetMap, which receives the same kind of basic technical information when the map loads.
Donations
Donations are handled by our giving partner on their own secure website. We never see or store your card details.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete anything you’ve sent us. Just send us a message through our contact form.
