Sample: What's in a hygiene kit, and why
A sample post explaining the items in a typical hygiene kit. Use it as a template for explaining a program or a supply drive.
This is a sample story. It shows how a longer explainer post looks. Edit or delete it (see README → “Add a story”).
A hygiene kit is a small bag of everyday essentials. The items are simple, but for someone without a bathroom of their own they can make a real difference to health and comfort.
A typical kit might include
- Toothbrush and toothpaste
- Soap, shampoo, and lotion in travel sizes
- Deodorant
- A washcloth and a comb
- A pair of new socks
How you can help
You can donate any of these items new and unopened, or host a kit-packing day with your group. See our Get Involved page for the current wish list and drop-off details.
